A study on the impact of the workplace reality show on the audience in China

The thesis examines the shades of impacts that Chinese workplace reality shows have on audiences drawn from different backgrounds and demographic linings. A typical Chinese workplace reality show entitled, An Exciting Offer is privileged as an exemplar in this research while the survey research method is used as an analytical tool. An Exciting Offer is specifically chosen because it connects uniquely with the workforce. Interesting questions like, "Should I resign naked at the age of 30?", and "Can unmarried women without children gain a job in the workplace?" which are regular catchers on the show make it an Internet darling for many. A questionnaire survey was done and after data collection, the SPSS statistical software was deployed to analyze the information utilizing a univariate ANOVA transcript. The findings from questions streaming from demographic variables like gender, age, educational background, employment status, and occupation show that while workplace reality shows are likely to have significant impact on some groups, its impact on others are either minimal, insignificant or null. But it is undeniable that the audience can get some positive energy from the program more or less, Hence, the findings of this study help to enable healthy workplace energy. The subject of the bachelor thesis "Serial, today's phenomenon" is the analysis and description of serials broadcast in prime time. In the first part the thesis defines the concept of prime time. The changes in broadcast formats over the years are described at the end of this chapter. The next chapter defines the serial production in Czech republic, Europe and in America. The thesis describes the serials broadcast in prime time during 2019 in the third chapter. It briefly introduces some broadcast serials, which are divided by types, and mentions all the serials that were broadcast. In the last chapter there is an analysis of broadcast serials.

Living History on The Czech Television: Holiday in the Olden Days

The living history TV shows (in some cases also referred to as historical reality TV shows) are one of the contemporary trends in the creation of the reality TV genre. The purpose of such programs is to display a certain historical period in a fun and light-hearted form on television. Since they are programs included in the reality TV genre, their aim is also to capture the authentic reactions of those who perform in such programs. With this narrative style, the audience can see how the 21st-century man adapts to the period and how he behaves when confronted with certain historical moments. This kind of program is very popular in foreign media. Two shows created by Czech Television appeared on Czech TV screens. This is a series of Holidays in the Old Times - contains Holidays in the Protectorate and Holidays in the Era of Steam.

Bachelor's thesis called "Television entertainment in 2013" deals with trends, basic signs and kinds of TV shows belonging to the genre of television entertainment (TV fun) broadcasted in Czech republic. The first and theoretical chapter's goal is to outline some essential terms related to the genre and television entertainment. The rest of the work has been devoted to the actual analysis of individual programs. The work is divided into Czech and foreign series, Czech and foreign game shows, reality television and Czech and foreign entertainment programs.
